When it was never the actual intended meaning. Unilaterally telling a person what they are trying to say and not bothering to ask for intended meaning, and then when an appeal is submitted, dismissing the explanation in said appeal because "mods know best" seems like a frequent occurrence in the few times I have been suspended. But hey, I suppose CB mods know better my thoughts than I do.
