You are not starting over, your pay is equal, you are just switching companies
and maybe starting a new clientele list.
If the hours are better, go for it. I was a workaholic my whole life. I was then a single dad raising kids on my own and remained a workaholic. I am now retired, and wonder what working so long actually gained for me. If I could do it over, I would have opted for less hours.
