You argued that ISPs will lobby the the FCC to apply some, or all, of Title II regulations to themselves as a means to protect their oligopoly. I'm not sure why one would be under the impression that they need to do that, or which of those regulations would have that effect, or even which of those regulations would be desirable for ISPs to implement.
