People come from all over the world to see the beauty of Utah, and it's not the mountains of the Wasatch in the winter that they're here for. If you really are serious, I wonder how you could be that incredibly misinformed. The beauty of Zion, Bryce, Arches, Canyonlands, Capitol Reef, Moab, Dead Horse Point, and even the San Rafael Swell is world famous. As I have visited those places regularly over the over the last 30 years, the number of international visitors is quite impressive (and yes, that includes Europeans).
Aside from those more famous places, Coyote Gulch, Goblin Valley, the High Uintas (even in summer!), and many other places have incredible beauty.
Desert wasteland and burger joints? Have you ever actually been to Utah?
