I don't know, but in Monson's recent feature on Holmoe he indicated as such
He was directly quoted saying the same thing.
He also makes it clear that he thinks P5 is possibly within reach, and that they will stay indy until P5 is completely dead.
So even though I'm an AAC guy and think P5 isn't happening, I can recognize that TH clearly has a much more informed perspective on this issue, so I'm trusting in him that it might eventually happen.
