I have to commute to SLC every day in Nov-mid Feb and do it about 1/4 of the
time now. There is no set time for a commute, there are too many accidents. They could probably slow the freeway down to 60MPH and you would get there in the same average time. I now allow 1 1/2 hours to get there. If I could use the HOV lanes I would buy a new car, but there are over 1000 extra applications already for the limited "C" class plates. It is a total joke
