3) Need to have a CCG semi-final if you are going to 16 teams....there actually might be support for that with the P5

While this is all good and fine. It depends upon what the BIG wants to do in a few years. Do they go to 16 or 20? If so, all bets are off and the B12 is the only conference that could make a difference as they have autonomy, two votes in the CFP and a TV contract.
