Lol! I really don't think this applies to BYU much
Have you SEEN the type of athletes we get? Shawn Bradley was an anomaly, and only because of his height (And shot blocking because of that height) did he go after his Freshman season. This rule affects the Duke's, Kentucky's, North Carolina's and Kansas's of the world a whole heck of a lot more than the type of basketball athlete BYU gets.
