any business can make rules against anything as long as they don't discriminate
against those things ruled illegal. Besides, not 18 year old should be playing in the NFL, I'm sure from a medical standpoint there are huge risks, bones haven't stopped growing, etc.

I watched a piece on the very real concern of the owners on how low the average age has dropped to. There are fewer and fewer long-career stars in the league which hurts the revenues and longevity. At the going rate, the average career will be under three years in a decade. So less than if they had stayed in college.

FB is in a transition with lawsuits, medical issues, reduced fan bases...it may not come out the other side as well as it went into the decade.
