I don’t think KS has taken it too far as much as
It’s about giving an inch but players taking a mile. KS needed to put the hammer down immediately when they started to take advantage of his “layed back” attitude.
The problem is - this is who KS is...loving, layed back, nice guy...I don’t know he can change. It would go along way to dismiss a posturing coach or two that have also taken advantage AND restructure some things, pull some schollies.
