I give coaches 3 yrs with an option for a 4th

After two years the Head Coach can fire people if he needs to, and see if things get better in Year 3 to warrant a fourth year. Or the coach can go down with the ship in three years. It'll be interesting to see what Kalani decides to do with his staff after this season.
