I guess this could be hard to follow, let me help explain

Kalani is like the VP he lost a lot this year (probably both in games and revenue)
Tom is like the CEO
Kalani is getting a lesson on how not to run a football program
Tom could tell Kalani that he can stay because he just learned a lot on how not to run a program (BTW any replacement we have will have the same risk, we cannot get anyone with HC experience)
