These three groups of people are seeing the same thing (at least let's hope they are) but they are all making different decisions from each other.
Ty's offense requires the QB and the receivers to be on the same page and make the same reads pre-snap and maybe even two more times post-snap based on what defenders do.
IMHO, the receivers are largely to blame... it doesn't look to me like they are making the same reads as Tanner has, and again, IMHO, Tanner's decision making has been mostly right and he gets confused when guys aren't where he expects them to be.
That being said, Tanner has had his failings. I won't enumerate them, but when the QB and receivers aren't on the same page, when the QB does make mistakes -- like at times being inaccurate -- it just makes things seem another level worse.
So this all falls on the coach's (Ty's) shoulders right? Well, yes and no. The knee-jerk fan reaction is simply to say "The coach should at least be smart enough to dumb-down the offense so at the very least guys are on the same page." That sounds fine, but the reality is that unless you are loaded with phenomenal athletes (we aren't) defenses are just too good to go with plays with zero sophistication. It's a painful truth, but it's the truth.
