The best thing you can do, IMO, is be yourself. If you're being too emotional or more emotionless
than you normally are, players will see through that and it will hurt you in the long run. LaVell wasn't a screamer. He's in the Hall of Fame. There are numerous valid approaches to being successful as a coach.
