Sorry, but this is not true. Litigators at big law firms can find in-house jobs
any time they want. I've seen a number of litigators at big-law firms find very good in-house jobs.
Maybe you aren't talking about actual big-law. If you are talking about SLC firms like Parr Brown or Kirton McKonkie, I'm sorry to tell you but these are not actual Big-law firms. They are very good regional firms and that's about it.
