I think there has been a very slow and steady decrease in BYU football starting in 1997.
Crowton stunk it up. Bronco knew how to get more from less than any other coach, and now we see sitake.
If BYU were to get into the big boy conf. way back in the 90's, we would have $$ and a totally different program.
It has not happened instanteously.....it has been slow.
This also proves how good a coach bronco was for BYU.
