I think it will be very hard for BYU/Utah to both be very successful at the same
time. At least not while they are hitting much of the same recruiting pools. Utah is syphoning off too many of the in-state/LDS recruits that would have easily gone BYU in the past. While it isn't all of Utah's recruiting, it is enough to seriously hurt BYU at the moment.
