Is woefully inadequate. Yes I know some of you won't read it, but Norm Chow mentioned a figure of 1.1 million for assistant coaches at Hawaii and BYU being a bit higher....therein the greatest part of our struggle IMO. Conversely Utah is dramatically higher and attracts, or retains, better quality.

We cant compete with lower quality/newbie coaches in a more advanced college game than it was 20 or 30 years ago and we had a decidedly unique offense that other teams often werent prepared for.....
