We need to increase the pool
of potential coaches and not decrease it with arbitrary rules that not even the NFL abides by.
KS has turned out to be a bigger project than most all of us imagined. The fact that some assistants should remain as such doesn't mean we should keep natural talent from reaching the top.
KS may simply be one of those assistants who should have stayed as such.
