recycle old coaches. If they lost a previous HC job, they are not proven winners. It's better to take a risk on an up-and-coming guy and hope he works out. Otherwise it's like Ed Orgeron. He doesn't really win anywhere, but seems to keep getting hired. We can't/won't afford a proven guy,
