It's a little funny that he pleads for mercy for Ty because of injuries, but I'm willing to bet he has no idea what kind of situation Andersen and Sitake walked into at OSU, plus the list of injuries that mounted on top of that situation. Willing to yap about one without doing homework on the other. Hardly a good comparison for a program that had been to a decade of bowl games, won fewer than 8 games once in like 11 or 12 years, and wasn't in rebuilding mode when they took over.

The fact that some people can't take a step back and consider everything and weight it all in the balance. There's no way you can frame it to make Ty and his offense come out on top of that argument in the end. This isn't about making excuses for Sitake but it's hilarious when people cherry pick the worst fraction of someone's entire career, and base all "qualifications" for their future on that.

That sounds fair and reasonable to you? Keep in mind, this is also the guy who was drooling over Ty Detmer being hired back when it happened. He's seriously making ridiculous comments like saying Sitake isn't qualified to be the Weber coach, but he's made statements like saying he wouldn't trade a P5 invite for having the beloved Detmer as OC. Detmer has some of the worst qualifications we've ever seen. Talk about a guy who uses logic over emotion huh? Not.

Every day we have to see dozens of the same old regurgitated "the problem with firing Detmer" posts, and it reminds us that fans think with their "emotions and loyalty" over anything else. Don't fool yourself by believing this is anything other than more biased posting.
