You locals are hyper sensitive, but in reality Utah produces only 4 to 6 legitimate D1 prospects per year. I don't know who they are, but the bulk are like the Hales kid, nice kid, good for a JC but not quite a prime time player.
If BYU would only sign the best four and five and thereafter sign Texas, California, Washington, Hawaii, Arizona and Oregon or Colorado, that would be the best combination.
Here's a question: when was the last time the state of utah produced a legitimate D1 Quarterback?
