The only thing that will change this culture is increased law enforcement
and the easiest and safest way to do so is to embrace traffic cameras. The one thing common in almost all road rage incidents is that they are men. Protect the women and crack down on this.

It's not about the speed limit. If you're being passed on the right, technically you should be over the right.
