Well, like I stated, I had to take the test when I moved here. So, is that
universal and the ones that don't really know the laws are the ones that grew up here in Utah?

I've had a drivers license in Ohio, West Virginia, Florida and now Utah and in my experience Utah drivers are the worst of those 4 states.

What aggrieves me the most is how many people that seem to be a problem (staying in their lanes, etc.) are holding phones or texting. It scares me how many people I see driving and texting.

The other big issue is people running red lights. My daughter recently moved here to Utah from Maryland and was so freaked out about ever coming close to being in an intersection where the light is turning because in her areas back east the localities used the camera shot at the intersection to give out a boat load of tickets. I'm opposed to having them here, but it would make it much safer. I've been thoroughly astounded at how caviler Utahans are in regards to passing through red lights.
