I understand your point. You’re trying
to suggest that anyone who passes on the right is because the person being passed is going too slow, either by posted speed limit or your own preference.
I’m telling you that you’re wrong. But whatever. I get passed repeatedly on the right while I’m driving an interior lane well above the speed limit. I-15 is more like Mario Carts than any other major interstate I’ve been on.

If I pass you on the right, that means there was room on the right where you weren’t passing cars. You were in the wrong

It's not about the speed limit. If you're being passed on the right, technically you should be over the right.
