The pizza scene in Utah is lacking. We have a good burger and *Mexican scene. I
think something that might help is if someone was to come up with a Utah style that became popular. We've done it with burgers. Why not pizza?
*I know there are some California, Texas, and Arizona snobs that will look down their noses at Utah's Mexican food scene. But they're wrong. I lived for a short time in Northern Virginia. If you want to know where the Mexican food scene sucks, look no further than that area.

I think the burger scene is more than OK. I think it's excellent, especially the top end. And our fry game is #1.

The Maxwell's on Main St. was the best in Utah, but it's gone now. Not sure how good their other locations are.
