Even New York City has generally embarrassing Mexican food options imo. When our investors
come from Manhattan they almost always choose Mexican in Utah, and we aren't Southern California or Texas by any means.

I think the burger scene is more than OK. I think it's excellent, especially the top end. And our fry game is #1.

The Maxwell's on Main St. was the best in Utah, but it's gone now. Not sure how good their other locations are.
