Gotta be honest, there are better places.
I've been to all of those but whatever place is in the Mall food court, and there are at least half a dozen places within 30 minutes of my home better than every one of them. There are a few bad/overrated ones here that people call good (like the Pharmacy). But there are a ton of burgers here better than anything I've had in Utah (to be fair the food scene here in general is a lot better as well, but that comes with the territory).

I think the burger scene is more than OK. I think it's excellent, especially the top end. And our fry game is #1.

The Maxwell's on Main St. was the best in Utah, but it's gone now. Not sure how good their other locations are.
