Two Jacks is incredible. Riggatti’s in St. George is great. Fat Jacks (or whatever it’s now called) in Ephraim is
great.
But I agree with the OP. Utah lacks the quality locally owned and operated pizza shops like you find in many other states.

I think the burger scene is more than OK. I think it's excellent, especially the top end. And our fry game is #1.

The Maxwell's on Main St. was the best in Utah, but it's gone now. Not sure how good their other locations are.
