Oklahoma and Oklahoma St were both in the SWC prior to joining the Big 8 so I put them there to get that division at 10. I moved Iowa and Cincinnati to replace them since Iowa was in the Big 8 at one point in time, and Cincinnati is currently in the Big 12 and I needed an additional team there to makes the numbers fit. It was either Cincinnati or UCF, and Cincinnati made more geographic sense. Notre Dame is included w/ the Big East schools since they had their non-football teams there previously and there wasn't room w/ the other Big Ten teams. South Carolina is w/ the ACC since they were one of the founding members of the ACC prior to joining the SEC.
