Conducted on 50k people in Iran. Quite a difference in diets and genetics.

It also said it was inconclusive that one was better than the other for reducing CVD.

I am arguing that cutting out high process foods like fastfood is more beneficial.

The science is pretty simple less cals in than out will equal weight loss.

I guess you could argue a person could eat all fast food and still take in the lower amount of cals but it will be very difficult just because they are so high in cals to start with.
