Archaea Intervention Needed
Squats and deadlifts are hard to do correctly.
1. Squats: back position, narrowness of legs and depth require someone spotting and a mirror to understand how to perform;

2. Deadlift: requires back position, good to have a weight belt (even if that is more mental), and proper pull up.

They are easy to do wrong, and require a bar at a gym.

Clean and jerks and snatches are difficult to do correctly, at least at first.
