A couple of years ago, I started lifting weights
At the same time, I'm sure I started to eat more too.
I gained 20 pounds, but I was in the best shape of my life and I was already over 50 years old.
I felt like a teenager again and became so active that I injured my elbow on a climbing wall racing kids (10 to 25 years-oldl) none of them could beat me. Yay!
well, I messed up both of my elbows and that forced me to stop exercising as I had been.
In 6 months of doing nothing, I lost 10 of the pounds I had gained while I was exercising regularly and I felt awful.
