Who throws away enough food where it is more expensive than dining out? Sorry, wholesale restaurant prices are not significantly lower in order to compensate for the labor costs and overhead of preparing food in a restaurant...plus earning a profit on top. That is simple math. Sounds like a restaurant industry study...ridiculous conclusions. That would be like saying small car drivers are terrible drivers so you should buy a suburban because if you buy a small car, you are going to wreck it.
