Increased tv viewership, increased donations, increased gear sales, increased post season wins, and the benefits of KY's first year being more successful (which will lead to better results in years to come) would all be gravy.

Players know he deserves more cash. I disagree with people who think Jax getting $1M would be bad for the locker room.
