When a lot of those programs are heavily subsidized and or run in the red year after year?

They can't eliminate NIL. Schools can't unfairly profit from an athlete's NIL,

Schools/NCAA regulated it forever. Courts said they have to allow it.

If players are paid, does roster size shrink from 105? NFL is about half that.
