This is the new philosophy driven by younger Millenials and Gen-Z. It's the anti-work crowd. How about
you set goals at work and at home. You spend as much waking time at work as home, why not find fulfillment in both places. What's interesting is that with all this anti-work push, these groups are not happier. Depression and drug abuse are nearing all-time highs. And yet they are working less than previous generations with more "free-time".
