I don't want work to be a challenge
Regardless, it's a challenge nearly every day. There's no opportunity for me to just sit and not be forced to learn new things and I'm tired of it.
I work in IT. The knowledge that I had last recently as 10 years ago is nearly entirely worthless today. It's tiring.
