I answered that question. I didn't say spend more time at work. And yes, not being satisfied at work is absolutely
a huge reason they aren't happy. They think they are only happy doing a hobby. The better way to live life is trying to be satisfied in most of the things you do, including work. I work less now in hours than I ever have, but it's still a lot. I would be miserable overall if I didn't try to make work the best I could.
