I agree with that, and I also agree with
the fact that the teams are not 44 points different.

My issue is there are a surprisingly lot of people who are giving Utah absolutely no credit.

And turnovers are part of the game regardless. Good teams protect the ball, and good teams force turnovers. 5 of the 7 turnovers a Utah player forced. Only the first one and the muffed kick off return, were unforced. But credit Utah with having players in position to recover. In fact on the kick off the Utah player had much further to go to recover the ball, but while the BYU player dropped to his knees, the Utah player dove with reckless abdanon.

To me the difference in effort on that play, highlights the difference for the whole night.
