Seriously? Um, because it is a game. What does
BYU athletics have to do with being a good member of the church? Any don't give me the missionary lines. When have you ever seen a football player make a play during a game, and you thought to yourself, what a great athlete. I wonder how he feels about God? BYU athletics is about athletics.
So, in your mind, should every church member root for the Eagles, Austin Collie, John Beck, Jimmer, etc, etc, etc?
