Before I say what I have to say I do agree with you, that Utah really had a great opportunity this year to make some niose. I just think that you went through all this work when your team "byu" is in the same boat. You had a "heisman trophy canadate" returning as your QB, a for sure first round pick OT and 2 6'3 receivers that were unguardable and more TE's then any team can handle and 3 returning Rb's that had everything you could ask for in a rd and not to mention a first year OC that was deemed the next Norm Chow (since he learned under Chow). Now on defense, a defence that had 2 USC tranferes and a LB core that no one could run. So in all like "30 returning starters". You talk about our schedule you played the worst team in the SEC, the worst Texas team in years and a Utah team that "no way" we will lose to the Utes this yeat. They don't have a QB an RB and probable the worst Utah team in the last few years and the game has passed Norm. Also a TCU team that lost almost everyone and not to mention the worst WAC teams in the WAC conference. So I think that BYU was in the same boat to play for the NC this year AND YOU BLEW IT, you will never have this chance ever again.
