...like they did in the USC game and the BYU game. They didn't play that way against ASU or Cal based on post game comments from coaches, etc. I can't compare personally because I saw the USC and BYU games on TV but couldn't find the ASU or Cal games anywhere.

AS it is, they are definitely playing with a very surprising level of confidence now and I'm astounded that Hays has managed to avoid turnovers during this string.

That is the one thing with Kyle that I really envy and the one frustration I have with Bronco. Kyle generally gets them ready to go to war in big games while I think Bronco brings in a Himalayan monk to play the sitar and have the players do some yoga and transcendental meditation to prepare for big games.

But based on Kyle's comments and the amount of frustration that came through with what he was saying, the team was really flat and not playing with the confidence and energy that he wants like they did in the USC game.
