Sharp Nelson Helps Cougars Dismantle Weber State
Noon kickoffs in September dont get more beautiful than this! BYU jumped a few spots in the rankings and KVNs INT/TD and Apos TD made the weekends Top Ten. Obviously Weber State doesnt provide much of a fight. The sad thing is that they only had 43 yards of total offense entering the 4th quarter.
Riley throws TD passes to Hoff and JD, while also running for 2 more scores. Alisa and Iona also get rushing TDs as well later in the game. The best part of the game is James Lark coming in and playing the most of the 4th quarter. He throws a nice TD pass to Hoffman on a simple slant and generally looks pretty sharp. Worry is he may be needed later in the year against a much tougher team but these reps are invaluable.
