Ute fan and I really don't care one way or the other about the rivalry game, and I certainly do not see how not having it "hurts" Utah. If I had to choose, however, I'd go with an "every other year" format with both BYU and Utah State, home-and-home. In other words, 2013 BYU @ LES, 2014 Utah St. @ RES, 2015 BYU @ RES, 2016 Utah @ Utah St.
