Look at the number of NFL players in from each team. There are at least twice as many U of U players on current active rosters than BYU players. BYU hasn't had a single player drafted for two years.

I think there are very few BYU starters who would start at Utah. KVN is a clear example of one that would. Hoffman probably would. Maybe an offensive lineman, but that's it.

None of your RBs, TEs, QB, and most receivers, don't start at Utah. Your entire Dline, DEs, and DBs, don't start at Utah.

I think it would be tough for many of them to crack our special teams roster. Although it would be a good fit for many of them.

Your kickers very likely start at Utah. Ours are pretty bad actually.

Yeah, Utah followed BYU right to a BCS bowl as the first ever non-AQ to do it. They they followed BYU to a second BCS bowl, as the first non-AQ to go twice. They certainly followed BYU to two undefeated seasons in 5 years and a #2 finish in 2008-09.

BYU and Utah offer in-state kids. Their common recruits are almost always in-state. If they are good enough, Utah offers, regardless of who else has done so. They do their analysis and offer once they feel comfortable that they want the kid. Regardless of who has offered and when otehr offers has come in.

Spend a little time with the Utah program and YOU will be shocked how often they don't think of BYU, in anything they do actually. They are running their show they way they want to. Fans think way more about eachother's teams than the coaches or ADs do.

Out of 120 players on Utah's team, something like 20 of them ever had BYU offers. Don't think we are following you around, at all.
