Utah very difficult place to recruit
let's be honest. Why would most top tier recruits want to come to a state like Utah? It q freaky and wierd place and its people are backwards and red-necked.
The only top tier recruits that come to the state of Utah are those that are LDS and want to play for BYU. Utah has almost zero chance to compete with the big boys of college football on the recruiting front.
