I'd been to a few games a Rice-Eccles and never saw it until they started doing it during the 2008 season. Maybe a cheerleader did it here and there, but it was about as common as BYU fans using the "Hang Loose" sign as a "Y". Every once and a while someone will do it, but we don't claim it as ours.
