As luck would have it, Miami's student newspaper

ran an article about it about 2 1/2 months ago. Miami fans first started doing it in 1992 because of the gator chomp and tomahawk chop. Miami has been such a force since blowing up under Schnellenberger, people often forget how recent their history, traditions, and national clout are.
