RE: poor condition of the grass
When I got there and saw how muddy it was, I was worried about finding a good spot.
The spot was clear of traffic where the grass was in great condition. It matched the grass I had perfectly. I didn't want to plant it where it would get trampled and not survive. Also, I didn't want to lay down in the mud with a blanket (:
